To say that James and Madi were faced with multiple obstacles during the last few months leading up to their wedding would be an understatement. COVID not only pushed back their wedding celebration from the original April date but also changed the venue a few times as well. Throughout all the changes Madi and James both continued to show us that love always prevails. 

Madi and James chose to tie the knot at a beautiful estate in Anderson, South Carolina called Rocky River Plantation on the 4th of July. Rocky River Plantation was built in 1913, and has been handed down through several prominent families over the years. Once known as Valley View, this exquisite home now serves as an event venue where history, tradition and elegance are brought together. 

Their tented reception was one for the books! Their guests came prepared to celebrate this special couple in every way imaginable. The dance floor was packed with dancing queens and shirtless groomsmen. Halfway through the evening, Madi and James snuck away for a firework photoshoot and trust us when we say the picture do not do it justice! 

James and Madi, thank you for giving us something else to celebrate this year! We were truly honored to have been part of your special day. Katherine and Britt's Magical Westin Poinsett Wedding

Where do I begin with Katherine and Britt's wedding reception and celebration. At Uptown Entertainment, we have been focusing on elevating the aesthetics and appearances of wedding entertainment. Their wedding featured our new Luxe Package, with custom built DJ booth, uplighting, and premium lighting and sound. Not only did we have an amazing DJ setup, but we also provided our ALL NEW Motion Monogram on their dance floor (see pictures below). On top of all of that, we created a custom ceiling lighting design an incorporated a floral motif to carry the over-the-top floral theme all the way through their wedding celebration. All of this came together so well and it looked AMAZING! Now that I've geeked out about what we provided, let me say that we had a stellar reception, full of love, special moments, and LOTS of dancing. Meghan and Andrew | Wedding DJ | Commerce Club

We were recently the wedding DJ for an awesome couple! Meghan and Andrew met at Clemson University and both graduated in 2015. Now living in Greenville, they celebrated their wedding at The Commerce Club in downtown Greenville. It was one of the best DJ celebrations! You guys are awesome and thanks for letting us celebrate with you on your big day!

Nicole and John | Westin Poinsett | Wedding DJ and Uplighting in Greenville

Upon meeting with Nicole and John, I could tell that wedding entertainment was at the top of their list. We are always honored when someone is looking for the best wedding DJ in Greenville, SC to fit their needs. They had already teamed up with some folks we love to work with and we too started planning for their wedding. Fast forward to their wedding day. Their reception was held in the Poinsett Room at The Westin Poinsett in downtown Greenville. We not only provided the DJ aspect of entertainment, but we also had our open-air photo booth on site (see the photobooth pics here), as well as our beautiful uplighting to round out their gorgeous venue. As you can see in the pictures, their wedding day was full of beautiful moments and a TON of fun, which takes me to their wedding celebration. Simply put, it was a BLAST! Packed dance floor, smiles all around, and a bride and groom having the time of their lives.
