Heyward Manor and The Bleckley Station Wedding DJ | Anderson, SC | Nicole and Jerome

Two words: HOLY MOLY! If there were ever a dream wedding for a vendor to end the year with, it would be Nicole and Jerome’s fairytale Christmas wedding in Anderson, South Carolina. This couple pulled out all the stops and it was the most epic wedding of our career! 

Nicole and Jerome met well working at Wild Wings and their rock loving souls were destine to be together forever. When meeting with Nicole and Jerome they both said “we do not want the typical wedding reception. We want our reception to be like a rock concert!” Um, come again? Was this real life? Where all our reception DJ dreams coming true or were we just daydreaming? Little did we know, what we had in mind for a ‘rock concert reception’, Nicole and Jerome wanted bigger and better, and we loved every single minute of it! 

They chose to tie the knot at one of our favorite hidden gems in Anderson, Heyward Manor. This venue is the ultimate barn/rustic dreams! After tying the knot, they moved over to The Bleckley Station where it was decked out to the dang nines!! 

From the light up wristbands for guests to the choreographed first dance with their entire bridal party, Nicole and Jerome wanted their reception to be one to remember, and boy would it be one we would never forget! Nicole and Jerome, THANK YOU for allowing Uptown Entertainment to be part of such a magically epic day. We truly could not have imagined it any other way. Avenue Wedding DJ | Greenville, SC | Melissa and JJ

It all started at Wofford College when Melissa was working in the Sports Marketing Coordinator for the Athletic Department and JJ was the Assistant Baseball Coach. Their love for sports would allow them to bond over time and end up being the ultimate key that sealed the deal for these two. 

Melissa and JJ chose to have their ceremony and reception at one of our favorite spots in Greenville, Avenue. Check out everything that this amazing venue has to offer here. 

From the moment Melissa and JJ were introduced and started with their first dance we knew they came to party. JJ dipped Melissa at the end of the dance and it was something you would see straight out of a fairytale. Melissa and JJ, thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day! The Huguenot Loft Wedding DJ | Greenville, SC | Gracie & Kevin

From wearing purple on the sidelines of Furman University to being in a sea of crimson down in Alabama, these two college athletes have been chasing each other all over the south since 2016. Gracie and Kevin were a match made in heaven from the beginning and we knew that they were head over heels from each other after meeting them for the first time. They were faced with many challenges throughout the planning process but they braved each one with grace and a smile. 

Gracie and Kevin got chose the Huguenot Loft and Mill as their wedding venue, and we must say, it’s definitely one of our favorite event venues that downtown Greenville has to offer. Check out the history of this incredible venue here. 

Gracie and Kevin ate, drank and celebrated becoming married by dancing the night away on the dance floor. Their guests surrounded them on dance floor all night and showered them with love and joy. Grace and Kevin, we could not have picked a more fun-loving couple to celebrate. Your vendor team (seen at the below of the post) was the true all-star team and it was a blast watching your dreams come to life that day. We wish you both a lifetime full of love and happiness. Huitt Farms Wedding DJ | Anderson, SC | Marissa & Patrick

Maybe it was the first date with tacos, maybe it was amortentia but either way these two muggles were destine to be together forever. As if these two were not already cute either, they also have a modern day love story. They met on a dating app, their first date was at a taco shop, and they bonded over their love for all things Harry Potter. 

Marissa and Patrick chose one of Anderson’s newest wedding venues, Huitt Farms. Located on a beautiful farm land estate, Huitt Farms is wall to wall white shiplap that creates the perfect backdrop for any theme and style the couple is looking for. We partied, we danced, we ate GREAT food. Basically, all things needed for the most epic wedding reception, we had covered. Marissa and Patrick, thank you for letting us be part of such a great dance party! Avenue Wedding DJ | Greenville, SC | Joe & Danielle

Fa la la la FALL! After this rainy holiday weekend, we could not help but reminisce on this gorgeous wedding from last November. From the strikingly rich accent colors to beautiful breezy weather, there could not have been a more perfect day for a Fall rooftop wedding in Downtown Greenville. 

When we first met Joe and Danielle we instantly knew they shared a love for partying just as much as we do. And after seeing their wedding playlist it confirmed that this was indeed going to be one heck of a party! As we got everyone lined up for bridal party introductions, Joe made a quick change into his dancing shoes, and it was game time. Watching Joe spin Danielle around the dance floor during their first dance was undeniably magical. The love that the share for one another is truly something unique. 

After dinner the party really cranked up, and throughout the evening the energy level was nothing less than 100% among the entire room (just the way we like it!). Good music, awesome uplighting and a packed dance floor made for an epic reception. Joe and Danielle were surrounded by family, friends and a whole lot of love that night.
