Growing up the Cox’s and the Shirley’s were close friends. They once began as preschool pals at the age of 3 and have been inseparable ever since. Anna and Harrison’s energy levels were like no other. We fell in love with these two the very first planning meeting and instantly knew their wedding day would be a blast.
From the moment we started bridal party introductions, we knew this group was going to be full of excitement, energy and great dance moves. Harrison and his brothers never left the dance floor and sang every word to every song we played.
Everything about this reception read classic Uptown Entertainment style. We had beautiful uplighting throughout the entire venue that really added a classy touch. Halfway through the reception, Anna asked if we could pull out the Cyro Cannon and it was just what the group needed to keep the party going. Although it was wet day, Anna and Harrison didn’t let it rain on their parade (see what we did there?!).
They say when it rains on your wedding day it is a sign of good luck. These two were definitely surrounded by more than luck that day as they were able to share such a wonderful blessing with their friends and loved ones. Earlier this week they celebrated their first wedding anniversary. Anna and Harrison, thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day. We wish you many, many years of love and happiness.
